We have lived here for 15 months and have really enjoyed our time here. We placed our first maintenance request this morning and Joseph responded very quickly. He was friendly and professional. Our neighbors are friendly and staff has been very pleasant to deal with.

I love staying here at Woodside Apartments because of the quiet atmosphere. I've ran into a few people i know who live here. Communicated with a few couples who live close to me. The staff here are very resourceful to my assistance. and they keep me informed on incoming events. I also renewed my lease here.

I absolutely love this place. I'm so happy that we chose Woodside as our choice of residence.

HPI Woodside was an excellent complex to live in, and I can safely say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my year here. Maintenance was always quick to respond if I needed anything, the office staff was pleasant, kind, and eager to resolve any issues that arose, and I always felt safe and comfortable in my home. I am sad that I have to leave as I adore the community, staff, and my home. Thank you, HPI Woodside for an excellent year.

There isn't a negative thing I could possibly say about this place. It's quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the amenities are great, and best of all the staff genuinely cares about its tenants. Kristen specifically has been the most helpful out of the bunch of lovely ladies that run the leasing office. I moved here in January of this year and every single maintenance request I have made was fulfilled either the same day or not more than 72 hours afterwards. The gym is 24 hours which is perfect for someone like me with a hectic schedule and the pool is beautiful. I would never have left Woodside if I didn't have to.

I love the ladies in the office as well as the apartment, gym and pool. The rates are great and it is a nice and quiet community. Any needs have been addressed promptly and courteously.
