My partner, our kids, our dog, and I recently moved in, and we couldn’t be happier. What first caught my eye were the amazing reviews—it’s rare to see that many positive experiences in one place, and now I see why. We primarily worked with Lindie, and she has been an absolute godsend. She got us moved in within about a week and has continued to be incredibly helpful and patient every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond for us. The complex is very clean, and I’m impressed that people actually clean up after their dogs. One thing that really stood out to us—especially after our last place—is how visible and active the maintenance team is. They’re always out and about, staying on top of things. It’s a huge relief after dealing with neglect elsewhere. The neighbors have all been friendly, and I’ve had zero problems since moving in. One of my favorite things is hearing the kids playing together outside—it’s such a warm, family-friendly environment, and the sound of their laughter when I open the door makes this place feel like home. This is an honest review—I’m not just blowing smoke. It’s been a 10/10 experience so far. I’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to live. I came back to edit: I put in three work order at 11:32 this morning. It’s 1:04 and they are all completed.

Ladies in the office are super sweet and helpful! I’ve never felt more at home then I do at woodside. Everything there is family/friendly with a pool, picnic area, playground, and dog yard for those who have fur babies.They also just renovated their pool so it’s up and ready for the summer!

I love my apartment very spacious big two bedroom two bathroom. I love my appliances in my apartment a very quiet Neighborhood. The property manager, and also the assistant manager is very sweet, Professional, And also communicate very well with the residence and extreme helpful. I give the staff 10 out of 10, and I will recommend them to anybody who’s looking for a new home.

I have been a resident at Woodside Apartments for two years now. I throughly enjoy living here. As a young woman living alone I always felt very safe. The maintenance crew is always eager to help. The ladies in the office are always so nice and welcoming! I definitely recommend this place if you have kids and or pets!

I love my new home me and my family love our floor plans the neighbors and our staff so kind and sweet we love the pool and the nice events that they recently had movie nights and so many snacks and the new movie was a tear breaker and a heart warmer we most definitely will be back for the events and we love that we made this our home for now.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now. The location is perfect,for the quick trip to the store, and right near the interstate too. They keep everything nice and clean. If you have a issue with anything, they are very prompt and helpful. The apartments are up to date, and very open. The floor plans are spacious and well kept. Its very quiet at night, and the kids are safe to play outside. Come check it out! Would love to meet new neighbors :)

My wife and I have lived at Woodside for about 3 months. We spent roughly 4 months searching for an apartment, but with all of the post-COVID housing craziness, we had been unable to find one. We knew from the moment we first spoke with the leasing team that this was the place we wanted to be. Ricky went above and beyond to get us taken care of. The entire team has remarkable communication skills. We are extremely pleased with everyone at Woodside. Our neighbors are nice, the leasing team is amazing, and the maintenance staff is exceptional. If you’re searching for your next apartment, I highly recommend giving Woodside a chance. They will no doubt exceed your expectations.

HPI Woodside was an excellent complex to live in, and I can safely say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my year here. There isn't a negative thing I could possibly say about this place. It's quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the amenities are great, and best of all the staff genuinely cares about its tenants. Kristen specifically has been the most helpful out of the bunch of lovely ladies that run the leasing office. I moved here in January of this year and every single maintenance request I have made was fulfilled either the same day or not more than 72 hours afterwards. The gym is 24 hours which is perfect for someone like me with a hectic schedule and the pool is beautiful. I would never have left Woodside if I didn't have to.

I had the opportunity and pleasure to be a resident of Woodside Apartments. I have nothing negative to say. The management/office team is fantastic, the apartments/grounds are well kept, and there is a warm (and inviting) atmosphere. If there is an issue, it is handled promptly with the resident being kept informed every step of the way. One could not ask for better service or a better place to live.
